Meet Stella! This little ball of excitement came to Animal Care League all the way from Puerto Rico in 2022. Now, she’s been at the shelter for more than a year waiting for her forever home.
Stella absolutely loves other dogs, and there’s nothing she’d rather be doing than romping around in the yard with some canine friends!
